Ideally located for holidays, conferences, romantic breaks, shopping, clubbing, dining out, comedy, music, theatre or for those of us who want it all! The property benefits from a spacious living room which houses a double sofa bed allowing the property to sleep up to 4 people. A dining table and 4 chairs allows for comfortable dining.From the lounge you have spectacular views out over the city as well as a sea view.The kitchen is fully equiped and includes a fridge freezer, cooker, fridge and dishwasher.The bedrooom consists of a double bed, ample wardrobe space as well as chest of drawers. The bedroom also benefits from both city and sea views.The bathroom inlcudes a bath and over-bath shower.IMPORTANT IMPORTANT IMPORTANTCHILDRENThis property is located on the 6th floor and has tilt and turn windows. For this reason we feel that this property is not suited to young children.GOING OUT OR STAYING IN?From here, just go down in the lift and you are among the best clubs, restaurants, bars and tourist attractions in town. Then when you’ve had enough, pop back upstairs to your peaceful haven above it all. For outdoor types the beach is handy, and access to the Downs is quick and easy by car or bus for walking, picnics and pub lunches. You will find a picnic hamper provided.Vibrant St. James Street is just around the corner, the beach, clubs, the Lanes and Brighton Royal Pavilion are virtually on your doorstep. Although you are right in the centre of the action, you are perched high above it all with a great feeling of privacy. All you need for a great holiday is within a two minute walk, yet you are at the hub of local transport – try the open top bus to Devils Dyke or Ditchling Beacon.ParkingAs this property is located in the centre of Brighton & Hove it unfortunately does not come with parking. Brighton’s excellent public transport system (see below) allows easy and affordable travel throughout the City and East Sussex. For this reason the majority of guests park in a permit free zone and access their car only when needed.Pay and display bays around Brighton & Hove are approximately £1 an hour 8am – 8pm.Resident bays and Pay and display bays are free to park after 6pm or 8pm depending on the zone.Day passes can be purchased for the majority of car parks from £8 a day, with some car parks offering FREE evening parking. DirectionsThe Albemarle is a tall brick building on the sea front opposite the Sea Life Centre and Palace Pier. The entrance is in Manchester Street at the end nearest the sea. Take the lift to the 6th floor, turn left for flat 30.Road: Follow signs for Palace Pier or Sea Life Centre which will bring you to a roundabout turn left into Marine Parade [A259], then second left [50m] into Manchester Street, immediately after Harry Ramsdens and the R-Bar. By Rail: Cab from Brighton Station [approx£4] to corner of Marine Parade and Manchester Street. From the stop outside the station take any bus to Sea Life Centre or St. James St. [Somerfields] [e.g. 7,24,12,14 etc. ] These bus stops are at either end of Manchester St.By Coach:. The Albemarle is clearly visible from the coach station, behind Harry Ramsdens and Revenge.- Cross the Old Steine [with the pier on your right] and walk down Marine Parade, passing Harry Ramsdens and the R-Bar.
